1. Document Verification

Please check your documents immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 12 hours for any errors or questions. We are not responsible for errors reported beyond 12 hours of ticket issuance.

 

2. Reconfirmations

  • Domestic Flights: Reconfirm all flights before departure and at each stopover to stay informed of any changes.
  • International Flights: Reconfirm continuing or return reservations at least 72 hours before flight time at each stopover, or risk automatic cancellation. Reconfirm baggage limits, seating, meal requirements, and special requests. Go Go Trips is not responsible for denied baggage check-ins or special requests.

 

3. Check-in Requirements

  • Domestic Flights: Arrive 3 hours prior to departure.
  • International Flights: Arrive 4 hours prior to departure.
  • Late check-in may result in denied boarding. Go Go Trips is not responsible for denied boarding due to late check-in.

 

4. Overbooking

Airline flights may be overbooked. If you are denied boarding, you may be entitled to compensation as per airline rules available at ticket counters. Go Go Trips is not responsible for denied boarding due to overbooking.

 

5. Changes or Cancellations

To change or cancel your itinerary, contact Go Go Trips or the airline. Return unused tickets for possible credit or refund. For electronic tickets, call 24 hours prior to departure if you do not board your flight to avoid NO SHOW penalties. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of travel may incur hefty fees or loss of ticket value. Many tickets are nonrefundable, but their value can often be used for future credit with applicable fees and fare differences. Notify us 7 days prior to departure for cancellations of guaranteed hotel, cruise, tours, or package reservations. Refunds are subject to supplier policies, and Go Go Trips will apply service fees. No show results in no refunds. Credit card refunds incur penalties, merchant fees, and service fees.

 

6. Multiple Airlines

If your itinerary involves multiple airlines, review each airline’s terms and conditions on their websites. Each airline has its own restrictions, rules, and fees. Changes to one flight affecting another may incur additional costs. Print your e-ticket confirmation for all flights before travelling, as proof of return may be required at check-in.

 

7. Insurance

Airline and travel supplier insurance has limited liability. We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance to cover cancellations, accidents, illness, or property loss.

 

8. Cruises, Tours, and Packages

Ensure your itinerary aligns with your requirements, including flights, transfers, activities, visas, and other plans.

 

9. Lost Tickets

You must pay for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets until a refund is obtained from the issuing airline, subject to service charges.

 

10. Prepaid Tickets

Prepaid airline tickets picked up at an airline counter may incur a non-refundable service charge imposed by the airline, not Go Go Trips.

 

11. Photo ID

Present valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) before boarding. For international travel, ensure your passport is valid for six months and check visa requirements. Go Go Trips is not responsible for passport or visa validation checks.

 

12. Payment

Payment is due upon receipt. Invoices unpaid after 15 days incur a 21% annual finance charge. Bounced checks incur additional charges. Credit card payments are subject to surcharges. Refunds for credit card payments incur penalties and service charges.

 

13. Errors and Typos

Go Go Trips is not responsible for rare errors or typos on our website, email, or media due to market volatility.

 

14. Copyright

All content on Go Go Trips’ website, email, or media is copyrighted and cannot be used without written consent.

 

15. Service Fees

Service fees are charged above published airfares and taxes. Discounts vary based on fare type, season, referral source, and destination. All service fees are non-refundable and subject to change without notice.

 

16. Price Changes

If there is a price change before your payment is processed, you will be notified and can accept or decline the transaction without charge.

 

17. Dispute Resolution

18. Force Majeure

Airline Bankruptcies

If an airline declares bankruptcy, it is not obligated to carry you or refund tickets. Travel agents cannot refund tickets from bankrupt airlines. Travel insurance can protect against such events.
